For Immediate Release: Repacorp Names New Department Managers Pat Konkol has recently joined the company as Plant Manger of the Ohio Division; Le Harkrider has joined as Plant Manager of the Arizona Division; Gary Parrott has been named Plant Manager of the RFID Division; Rochelle Heinl has been named Manager, RFID Business Development; Robert Sloan has joined as Production Manager of the Ohio Division; and Cindy Ellinger has joined Repacorp as Purchasing Manager. With 25 years experience in the pressure sensitive industry, Konkol brings expertise in product development, vendor management, manufacturing technical support, engineering, quality control, and project management of new operations. Konkol has been named on 10 US patents for label designs and has been a company contact for industry associations including: FTA, AIM, SGIA and AIAG. Harkrider will manage the label, digital and screen printing division in Phoenix, Arizona. Harkrider has held management positions in the web, high quality sheet fed lithography and screen-printing industries. He developed the scheduling and computer inventory control system at the largest printer in Sacramento, CA. He was instrumental in developing the phone card sector of a screen printer in Portland, Oregon as the variable data industry was emerging. Recently, he was project manager of the Best of Show winner in the PIAZ state competition. He brings over 25 years of printing experience including 15 years of production and plant management to Repacorp’s team. Harkrider is a member of PINC, The Sacramento Craftsman Club and is currently a member of SGIA. Parrott has 20 years experience in the printing industry and will be responsible for RFID technology upgrades, supplier relationships, as well as overseeing inlay insertion, flexo printing, and just-in-time delivery of pressure sensitive labels and tags. Heinl joined Repacorp as Account Manger in 2004. She came with a background as a Financial Investment Manager with William D. Witter in New York. She earned a double major at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Heinl has completed the Alien Academy RFID program and the Zebra RFID course. As Manager of RFID Business Development, Heinl will play a major role in establishing and building RFID client relationships and partnering with clients to help with education and transition into sales of Radio Frequency Identification Labels and Tags. Sloan has 20 years experience in the pressure sensitive and printing industry. Sloan is responsible for label and tag production on flexography and digital equipment, process printing and variable imaging. Sloan oversees the embossing, hot stamping, and finishing departments. In 2000, Sloan received the Silver Award of Excellence from the Flexographic Technical Association. With 12 years of experience in purchasing, Ellinger is a certified accredited purchasing practitioner. As Purchasing Manager, Ellinger will oversee Repacorp’s supply chain initiatives.
