Mission Statement

Our History

Established in 1974, Repacorp started as a firm representing printing corporations, thus the name “Rep-A-Corp”. Rick Heinl joined Repacorp in 1978. Mr. Heinl became sole owner in 1990 and purchased his first press, becoming a manufacturer in 1993. Rick Heinl, President, along with his brother Tony Heinl, Executive Vice President, grew the business from a two-man company to a 23 million dollar corporation with four manufacturing plants located in Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona. Headquartered in Tipp City, Ohio, Repacorp employs over 100 employees.

1974 Jim and Pat Adams start Repacorp, Inc.
1978 Rick Heinl joins Repacorp, Inc.
1990 Rick Heinl becomes sole owner of Repacorp, Inc.
1993 Repacorp purchased first press, becoming a manufacturer
1997 Repacorp builds a new 44,000 square foot manufacturing facility
2000 Repacorp purchases 34,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Wisconsin
2002 Repacorp purchases Sierra Screen Printing in Arizona
2003 Print Solutions Magazine lists Repacorp number 35 out of the top 100 printers
2004 Print Solutions Magazine lists Repacorp number 7 out of the top 10 fastest growing manufacturers in 2001-2004
2005 Repacorp opens new RFID manufacturing facility in Tipp City, Ohio
2005 Business Forms Labels & Systems Magazine names Repacorp number 10 out of top 20 label & tag suppliers and number 31 out of 100 overall forms and labels suppliers
2006 Print Solutions Magazine lists Repacorp number 6 out of top 10 label & tag sales for 2005
2008 Print Professional Magazine features Repacorp as its cover story on RFID labels & tags
2008 Repacorp launches Presto Labels division for digital short label runs, eliminating the cost of plates and dies with instant online quoting
2009 Repacorp installs second digital press for short label runs
